Decision Support Only

Signal Stack provides handicapping decision support for informational and entertainment purposes. It does not guarantee winners, profits, contest results, or betting outcomes. You are responsible for your own wagering decisions.

No Redistribution

Beta access, daily cards, sample races, selections, summaries, and advisory notes are for the recipient's personal use only. You may not resell, publish, scrape, bulk copy, automate extraction, sublicense, or redistribute Signal Stack content.

Protected Materials

Signal Stack's data preparation, formulas, model features, scoring methods, ML advisory logic, weights, thresholds, databases, source code, and internal evidence tables are proprietary. Access to final decision cards does not grant access to the underlying system or permission to reverse engineer it.

Beta Access

Founding beta access may be limited, changed, paused, revoked, or discontinued. Accounts may be watermarked, rate-limited, or reviewed for misuse. Signal Stack may deny or revoke access for scraping, credential sharing, automated access, or redistribution.

The $10 monthly founding beta price is an early beta rate while Signal Stack works through site, delivery, and access issues. After the beta stabilizes, Signal Stack may move to a tiered pricing structure. Beta members will be notified before pricing or access terms change.
